A digital platform for Dijon Métropole with MUSE®

A digital platform for Dijon Métropole with MUSE®
Dijon Métropole has awarded its urban space connected management contract to Bouygues Energies & Services grouped with Citelum.

This 12-year project is part of a joint design, installation, operation and maintenance contract between the 24 municipalities of the metropole with an energy efficiency commitment of 65%.

The centralized command center will be operational starting 2018 and has been mainly designed from the urban space management platform MUSE® developed by Citelum.

Beyond making an inventory of the municipalities’ various equipment (street lighting, traffic light systems, CCTV cameras…), MUSE® will connect all the city’s actors.

On the platform, the city’s public services will have access to information about all the infrastructures of the municipality, efficiently plan maintenance interventions, optimize costs management and inform their partners on their works progresses.

Thanks to MUSE®, citizens will also have a tool to contact their city’s public services from their mobile phone and signal any event on the streets requiring a quick and coordinated management.

The platform thus meets the ambitions of Dijon Métropole regarding coordination, equipment management, inhabitants’ safety and urban attractiveness development.
