Based in Paris and Aix-en-Provence, CITEGESTION is a strong team of 70+ people working in software development, innovation around solutions dedicated to Smart Cities, integration and services around MUSE® software, as well as training and technical helpdesk.

CITEGESTION helps cities, metropolitan areas and cities’ operations providers to supply « Smart Cities » types of services by offering a software platform allowing our clients to play an active role in their digital transformation.

HISTORY

Anticipating the evolution of urban light infrastructure and the constraints borne by the communities, CITEGESTION has developed since the 90’s, the most successful solution for the computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) market for cities: PackWeb. This CMMS tool is dedicated to the management of public lighting and traffic lights. Deployed in 12 countries and used by more than 2500 users, the reliability of the application is proven. Since 2011, CITEGESTION offers the MUSE® software which allows to integrate the maintenance and the control of the various urban equipments: lighting, traffic lights, video surveillance, parks & gardens, etc. MUSE® allows our clients to follow in real time the interventions on the equipment and to access the data in a centralized system. The whole of the operations is managed by specific business processes described in the tool. Its software architecture is designed to accept and provide links to the external tools that make up existing information system of our clients.
